Long story short I've read many times on the forum about how good and simple this recipe is so I decided to finally try it last night. I couldn't believe how awesome it was...not what I expected but very good. I urge those newbies out there- and I am one of you- to give this recipe a try.

I also spend a little extra and get the fresh salad dressing by the produce when I am doing grill romaine.

Where did you find the recipe?????

Just washed the romaine, then drizzled with a little EVOO, salt, pepper, and grated romano cheese. Cooked direct for 2 minutes per side and that's it. Didn't neeed any dressing although many folks use it.
