Beef short rib recipe needed

Does anyone have a recipe for beef short ribs on the BGE? I bought these a few months ago and put them in the freezer. [p]Thanks

I don't know if these are considered short or long ribs, hehe, but it looks like this guy knows what he's doing.

RayS,[p]Cook exactly the same as you would pork ribs. Only difference...you may need much more time to finish.[p]Stogie

Thanks[p]As I write the ribs are on the BGE, 250 Degrees, with a rub of garlic salt, and fresh ground pepper. I hope they turn out. They will be accompanied by roasted potatoes, green and yellow bean mixture with carrots and cucumber salad.[p]RayS
