Brisket & Pepper Jelly

Any one out there ever cooked a brisket and brushed it with pepper jelly?

I was at the Texas Pepper Jelly site and thought that seemed like a good idea.

Does anyone have any particular favorites? I'm not sure I've even ever had pepper jelly...

I like these, but kinda pricey.....however very fresh and great quality. the ginger mango habenaro is awesome.

thanks allen. have you ever put them on any foods? or just use them for dipping/mixing?

I glaze bacon wrapped shrimp, pork tenderloins and chicken with it all the time. I think, flapoolman uses
a raspberry chipotle on pork quite a lot. I'm thinking of using it as a fatty glaze.

Its awesome just poured over cream cheese and spread on a cracker, like a wheatable etc.

Awesome! Thanks for the advice Allen. I'm wishing I would be home this weekend with my egg but we're heading up to see relatives about 100 miles away. I'll be eggless for the holiday weekend. :(
