Egged Wings- Three Ways

It was my last day off for the new baby, so I did a bunch of wings tonight. Some marinaded in lemon pepper/dijon/limeade. Some in soy/limeade/chile mustard. Half of each of these two groups will be finished with some Blues Hog. Last was mango/cilantro with fresh cilantro. This one will be put back with some of the original marinade (doctored) and some fresh cilantro. I will try to post some pics when they are done.

On the egg. Couldn't use my racks, because there were so many. Put them at 350 dome indirect.
