Help. Rib Dilemna

This morning, Wednesday, I setup three slabs of ribs with mustard, Dizzy Dust and JH Pecan Rub, and put them in the fridge. I was planning on smoking them tomorrow for a party tomorrow nite. Well, the party got postponed 'til Saturday. What will happen if I leave them in the fridge 'til Saturday morning and smoke them then?

Your fine. Maybe wrap in plastic wrap to keep from drying out.
The JH is not too salty so that shouldn't present too much of a problem. -
They might dry out. To much salt in rub, they may come out hammy. I would cook, including saucing. Slice, vac save. Apple 8oz of apple juice to a pan and cover. Reheat at 250.

I think the vinegar in the mustard may 'cook' the meat somewhat over 4 days & give it a mushyness.... or nothappy in the hut

interesting thought. i think there are about 500 of us here who, on their third rib cook or so, decided to try marinating in orange juice. sounds great, but as you said, the acid left it cooked and mushy. none too appealing.
