WOW! What a treat! Talk about something that takes your tastebuds for a ride. Folks on the forum got to talking about it earlier this week. I went to GFW's site, and pulled out the Smoke and Spice cookbook, and followed the directions.
So tender you could cut it with a fork! Thanks for the insight to this recipe!
