Another chicken -- another convert

A friend was complaining that he didn't like to BBQ chicken... no real flavor and all dried out. :sick:

Tonight, he was treated to spatchcock. ;)

Nothing fancy -- I wanted him to find out what chicken really tastes like, so just salt and pepper and some some plain-jane chicken rub. Also some baked potatos [OO & S&P] and some steamed corn still in the husks... yeah! I know! Two starches at once... :blink:

He was totally "gassed." [Pun intended] :P He's coming back on Wed... and asked for more chicken! :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Wait'll he gets to tri-tip! :ermm: :ohmy: :whistle: Maybe I'll surprise him...
