Tonight\'s All Egg Dinner

Tonight I decided to go all egg for dinner for the family before the first day of school in the AM. I loaded up the egg with a pan of mixed veggies(sliced taters, red, green, and yellow peppers, Vidalia Onion, mushrooms) flavored with some Tsunami Spin, EVOO, and a little Crazy Janes using my new Woo. Above the pan of veggies on my extender I placed a spatchcocked chicken seasoned with EVOO, garlic, oregano, rosemary, and lemon juice. Added to that 3 ears of fresh corn.
Here it is all loaded up..hard to see the pan of veggies:
Here is the bird before we cut her up:
Here is my plate before diving-in:
For dessert I made a blackberry cobbler Rooster-style:
Haven't eaten the cobbler yet but my son says it is awesome.
