Garden Fresh Tomato Pie

I made this last night on my small. The red onion, 2 types of basil and 3 kinds of tomato came from my garden. I pre-baked the turkey bacon and pie crust. I did not measure anything. Baked at 350 for about 20 mins. I will do this again!

Sorry no sliced pictures, to busy eating. I put the bacon on the bottom, some cheese, tomatos, basil, garlic a dollop of mixed mayo and sour cream, more cheese on top. The idea came from here, sorry I do not remember who. Maybe the will post how they do it. I just added what I had. I know nobody here would use turkey bacon :laugh: :laugh:
