I bought chicken for spatcock marinated overnite find that I forgot that I had meeting this evening. I want to drain the marinating Kens italian dressing pat it dry put my rub on the chicken and vacume pack in fridge until tomorrow, Will the chicken spoil if I want to do the chicken tues eve, Thank you

I would guess that the vinegar in the Ken's dressing partially cooked the chicken so you won't need to worry about it spoiling.
