I recently tried the Drunken Loin recipe and thought that it was very good. My only problem was that I thought the marinade overpowered the taste of the meat, and at that price, I want to make sure I got all I could out of it. Anywho, I found this recipe on Foodtv.com and tried it last Wed. It is outstanding and I highly recommend it. My store did not have fresh beets, so I had to use canned and it still came out great. I'm going to do the other half of the loin the same way tomorrow night. Hope someone tries it and can post some feedback. Enjoy!![p]
