    here you go:::

    Corn, Cob, W/Twist, SpiceCooks

    Very easy and delicious side dish for chicken, pork or beef.

    Ingredients:
    4 Ears of Fresh Corn on the Cob
    rub of choice
    butter or margarine, melted

    Preparation Directions:
    1 Soak corn in cold water for 1 to 2 hours. Pull back husk, but do not remove, and remove silks. Using a sandwich bag on your hand, rub butter or margarine onto ears. Sprinkle with rub of choice. Pull husk back over ears and secure at the top with a small piece of husk.
    Cooking Directions:
    1 Place on BGE and cook at 300° to 325° for 30-35 minutes, turning often. Place in cooler, wrap with aluminum foil and towel and let rest until main entree is done. Remove outer husk by twisting stalk at the bottom and the entire husk will fall away. Very tender and delicious.

    Boil or grill the ears

    use a knife to apply mayo (like you would with butter)
    coat with a fresh grated mexican cheese
    dash with cayanne pepper.

    It works well if you insert a single cohp stick in one end to use as a handle. This is really good

    Yep - all the time. Typical and favorite is either a spicy version (Tony C's) or the SW version (good chili powder and lime zest mixture. MMMMmmmm good on sweet corn!

    have not tried that recipe..I remove end silks and stalks to shorten the cob, soak in water for 30 mins or so..roast indirect at 350-400 30-45 mins until soft to touch..shuck the cobs and silks will come right off..set on a plate and pour melted butter over the cobs..add salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and/or fav rub (I like DP Ragin River) and enjoy!!
