Spare ribs last night

I cooked spares yesterday using 3-2-1, indirect, at 250 dome temp. After the 2 hour foiling cook they were almost falling apart and bending in a U. Pulled, ate, and enjoyed. I think they were the best ribs I have ever cooked. Sorry no pics :(
