I was haveing trouble with my fan dragging and stopping from time to time and gave the good folks a call. They had me try a couple things here at the house and when it didn't work I mailed it to them for expert repairs.
Not only did they fix it and mail it back in a timely manner they also charged ZERO dollars for repairs or return postage back to me. First class folks and would recommend there product to anyone. Just wanted to share a story of good customer service on a great product!
