Remember when that Egg of yours was brand new and shiny?
Then you had to assemble it?
These are the new shelves that just came out.
We had to break it in with a few goodies.
Don't forget the veggies!
A few more treats to add to the mix.
It'll never look like this again.
I've been Q'ing for 40 years with every known coal burner out there. My wife agreed that this food was the most moist, juicy bar-b-que we've ever eaten. I'm another happy egghead to add to the growing list. Thanks everyone for helping me make the decision to get the large. Not saying the XL is completely out of the picture, but the large holds a bunch of food.

Welcome!! Glad to have you cooking with us! I love those new shelves. It's great that your wife is onboard too. It'll make it easier when you expand to more eggs. :woohoo:

Did you make the shelves yourself? Are they Corian, Granite? I like them!

Ahhhh the fond memories. Except mine came assembled and on the table. The dealer rolled it off the truck and on to my deck.
I am sure my wife thought I spent a ridiculous amount of money for a freakin' grill, but I covered my butt by buying it FOR HER for our anniversary. I am coy in my old age. -
Great looking cooks and I really like the looks of the new mates. -RP
