I've got an Egg full of them due to events beyond my control. Hit em with a propane torch and relight them????

Yup! Make sure you knock the ash off whatever is in the egg first. Give the tip and the charcoal a bit of distance.

Hopefully you mean lump. I usually take them out and make sure the grill is clean then put new on the bottom and the used back in. Won't be an issue at all.

Yeah, I bought a bag of Royal Oak briquettes last year to smoke cheese with doing the Old Dave 4-5 briquette technique.
At least my wife dump briquettes in the Egg and not cell phones in a toilet! :woohoo: :silly: :laugh: :evil:
Guess I should grill up some chicken or burgers on it and then clean her out for Friday.
