Anyone use a cheap aluminum pizza screen as a grill topper for things that might fall through the cracks? I'm thinking of shrimp, smaller vege slices, etc.

Yep, all the time. Get em without the solid edge at Wal Mart for about $.90 then throw away after one use.

I use them for the Bacon Tots.....HEB sells them for 97 cents and you can get several uses out of them.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX

They make less expensive disposable one's but the one you have is reusable many times for the purpose you described and to cook pizza's on. They also work well to keep grease from popping out of a skillet when frying stuff. Lots of good uses and not that expensive. Got mine at Ace Mart, a restaurant supply store.

That one looks like a pizza screen. They are more expensive (around here).
I have one that I have used on the pizza stone and it works well (for pizza as long as you only place the pizza on there , carefull not to press it into the mesh).
I also like the cheepies from Wall-art as well -
Everytime I'm at Wally World I forget to pick up some of these things. I assume they are with the grilling stuff?

I've seen them in my Wal-Mart in the regular kitchen dept. Around the baking pans and such.

Are they from the Martha Stewart line of extruded aluminum cookware??
do thy come in any other colors then that dreadful metallic tone? -
I use mine for Pizza.
I tried it with AZPR Spicey shrimp and the wife had a fit trying to clean it.Now I use the holey wok pan for AZRP shrimp.
Wife says it is much easier to clean. -
Those are the same ones I use, too:

I bought several of them at Wally World and I really like using them. Easy clean-up!
