The 4th of July weekend was awesome at my place. Had about 25-30 family and friends for most of the weekend.
This is my first year with an egg for the biggest BBQ weekend of the year.
I fired up the eggs thursday evening for Brisket and Butts-
Friday AM we were almost there-
Took the kids in the local parade-
My Brother made twice baked on his new egg the night before and brought them over to finish-
We also cooked corn on the cobb(rubbed with Hoisin), Grilled Aspearagus, different types of links, Grilled Mushrooms with Blue Cheese, Cole Slaw and Ranch Beans-
And finished with Apple Pies-
Then the rest of the weekend began. I will do a seperate post to show some of the 10-12 pizzas we made on sat. after a day of boating.

What's the hunk of beef in the 6th picture? Does look like a mighty fine spread

Looks like you and your family had a great 4th. I made grilled potato salad on the 5th. Thanks for the recipe.
