It's Hillshire Farm Polksa Kielbasa butterflied, stuffed with cheese and sauerkraut, then wrapped in bacon. I thought they looked a little like lobster tails...

They are likely a good as they sound. I did some regular dogs like that a couple months ago - only no kraut. Quite tasty, but not for the faint of heart.
