riblets from the other day

Cooked half direct at 250ish the other half indirect 325ish for 1.5 hours.

I think these should go a bit longer a bit lower temp like regular ribs. Good but not wow these are awesome.

I sauced them with 3:1 ratio of Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce and honey.

    I don't think I have ever seen riblets where did you get them or did you cut them up yourself.

    My mom bought them for me at what they call a caselot sale at the comissary (military grocery store).

    Smithfield brand in a 10lb box for 5.99. Can't beat that price.

    Mom treats her son well. I get all kinds of goodies when she comes up to visit. :)
