I am going to cook some tuna. I have only done it once before. Anyone have rub/seasoning suggestions?

    Arvadaman,

Sesame oil, wasabe, corriander, thai chilis and crust with white and black sesame seeds.

Tuna my favorite! Rub with olive oil, dredge in seseme seeds, fresh cracked peppper, sometimes I use a little soy sauce. Remember to pull while it is very rare, it will keep cooking even off the heat. ENJOY!!!
