Healthy Cookin' ideas welmcome . . .
While I'm not a slight individual (5'7" - 215 LBS of meat)I do enjoy cooking low fat and healthy. The tips and trends posted here ROCK, and I absorb all the info and details and appreciate the wealth of information the "experts" post. I'd love to see any alternative recipes to the FULL flavor recipes that can make some of these delectable delicacies easier on the gut and/or lower fat without losing the flavor. I've only been eggin' for a month and am really happy with the results. Here's tonight's Chops; soaked 2 hours in a brine of Water, Salt, Maple Syrup, Apple juice, and Ground Pepper (thanks to the post earlier today). Exact amounts have been withheld to protect to the Innocent, but I will say that I fed 3 families this evening. God Bless, Keep the Grill hot, and I'll be posting at my next firing~
