Dollar bill test

The dollar bill has some strong pull all the way around, except by the very front, near the handle. There is some resistance, but not as much as in the back and sides. Close, but just not equal. Is equal resistance around the lid possible. I worry about the first burn...

fire that baby up and see if it leaks.....my hunch is you're good......had my egg like this for months before changing the felt.

I think you may be good. I had the same issue when I got my small. I fired her up and works like a champ. I have had no issues. Sounds like you are ready to do some egging!!
