Tonight\'s late night rib cook....

Cooked 3 racks of baby backs for a tad over 6 hours. Took them off about 15 minutes ago and they turned out great.

They look great. How will you reheat them for the cookout? On a warm egg?

I put them in a alum. serving pan as I would for tailgating. Put a half cup of apple juice in, seal it up with alum. foil heavy duty then pop them in the oven for an hour. They will come out great, not right off the grill great but good enough.

Those look great! It doesn't matter how late it is if you're waiting for something like them ribs!
