I'm cooking for a church function. I have a large BGE and plan on cooking about 16 pounds of Boston Butt, 10 lb turky and 8 pound ham. Was planning on cooking everything at the same time. I would appreciate any suggestions.

That's a pretty tough order for a single cook! Is the ham already cooked or fresh? You could do the butts ahead of time and re-heat before serving. The same with the ham if it's an already cooked one. The turkey should be cooked right before eating/transporting.

Egret is right on the mark as usual. You can vacpack the pork and ham and drop the bag in boiling water previous to leaving.
