My friend brought over a slab of ribs to cook along side mine today. Mine are Hormel Baby Backs. His says Smithfield Loin Back Ribs. Is a Loin back the same as a baby back with the tenderloin attached somehow, or is it just a different name for baby backs? His is considerably meatier and larger than mine.

i believe they're the same, but the ones around here are bigger than the regular babybacks, more curve to the bone as well and having more meat, easier to cookfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

Thanks...just used the full last one hour (after painting with sauce) of the 3-1-1 method, and they did great! Big ol' boys!
