My hat's off to you guys tonight. A ton of great looking cooks. I'll try to keep up next week.
Just some simple crunchy wings for me. Instead of mixing the rub in with the breaded mixture. I added it on after. Used Rib Stars for chicken. Pretty dang good.



A little JD #7 sauce.

Great idea to put the seasoning on after the breading. The last batch of wings I cooked didn't seem to have enough kick to it...I'll try adding the seasonings after the flour part. My kids love the JD #7 sauce, too!

Thanks for the idea--gotta add some wings to the grocery list now.

Egg wash couple eggs cup of milk. 50/50 corn meal and flour. Added rub after mixing.
