Costco flank steak w/ florentine stuffing!

I bought some flank steak with florentine stuffing on Friday at Costco here in Kansas City, Man, oh man, were they awesome. If any of you are near a Costco, I would highly recomend these. I just did a little EVOO with some Cow Lick and cooked them at around 350 direct, for approx. 8-10 min. per side. Just tried to make sure the chz. in the stuffing had melted. They really took in the charcoal flavor. I know where are the pix, i'm just not an expert on that end of things at this point. Go get these, you won't be disappointed.

    I've seen those, just never tried them .. yet. Costco also makes Tilapia fillets wrapped around a crabmeat & shrimp stuffing. Very good on the egg. Picks up the smoke nicely.
