After a full year of pork, beef & chicken on my large BGE, we've recently discovered the pleasures of salmon, abt's, and other things on the egg.

I've got to try salmon on the Egg. I've had it once in my whole life and wasn't overly fond of it...I think I shall try again after seeing your pictures!

I'm with Porkydork...I'm not a huge salmon fan. Living in Florida we get some great fish locally and I never saw a reason to import something from thousands of miles away. I'm trying some on a plank tonight as my wife love salmon.
