Someone had some of the best smoked bacon I have ever tasted at last year's Octoberfest. I would very much like to try to duplicate it. Need instructions, puleez.

I'm also a newbie and I've been reading the forum a lot. Someherer I ran across a link to the Playing with Fire and Smoke site which has a receipe for Buckboard Bacon.
