Shrimp and Tuna

WOW!!! Marinated some shrimp in olive oil and old bay. Marinated some fresh deep red tuna steaks in olive oil, salt and pepper. Cooked shrimp for about 10 min. Cooked the tuna till I could not see red on the sides, came out nice and pink on the inside. squirt of lime and they were the best tuna steaks I have ever had.... Shrimp were great too, less spice next time....
Have been on a seafood kick as of late... red snapper, orange roughy, grouper, tuna, shrimp, scallops....
