Someone posted pictures of these a couple of weeks ago, and I'd like to try them. Has anyone a recipe they could share? Thank you--

this does not have the blue cheese but you can add it::

    Beef, Burger, Onion, CWM

Marian must be in charge of prep, we talked for about an hour (I'm sure she has plenty of minutes ) Anyway, burgers.

1 Cover the onion with meat.
2 Add a nice pat of butter and rub.
3 Direct at 350. Indirect at 400 might be better, you don't want to turn the burger very often.
4 Let the butter and rub soak in the onion and burger.
5 Flip at the most 2 minutes to finish.
6 Take inside with toppings. Don't limit youself to tater tots and 1000 Dressing.

Here is a recent cheeseburger idea.

Beef, Burger, Cheese, Gebby Burger, RRP

There's a local family restaurant in town named Gebby's. It's a homey place with a quirk in that it only operates one shift per day. It opens at 6:00 AM and closes 8 hours later at 2:00 PM.****** Something I love from there is called a Gebby Burger. I finally decided this isn't rocket science and I'm now duplicating them at home on my BGE.

    Procedure:
1 Starting with a 1/3# patty I wet it with Worcestershire, then sprinkle on Dizzy Pig's Cow Lick Steak Rub and some garlic salt.
2 Egg for 4/4/2 at 400°. During the last 2 minutes I add a stack of cheeses consisting of 1 slice each of American, Swiss and hot pepper.
3 Top with grilled onions and dill pickle slices. That is one yummy sandwich!!! That blend of cheeses may sound quirky but it works!
4 Hail to the Gebby Burger!!!
