BB ribs soaked in rum and apple juice are on

Baby back ribs:
In the egg indirect, inverted plate setter, drip pan, grid then the extended grid and on went the ribs.[p]They were soaked overnight in rum & apple juice, patted dry this morning and coated with sweet & hot mustard mixed with a little more rum and coated lightly with BlueSmokes gilded splinters and easy life rub.[p]Mickey T's # 2 ring, vent wide open for now, may have to close it some after hitting 225°. (it's about 100° on the patio)[p]Cheers to all,
