Tonight did Cedar Plank Mashed Potatoes and got them right they were a big hit. Also did AZRP shrimp also a big hit.A repeat of Martha's chili rubbed skirt steak. Good but a little underseasoned. Then some grilled romaine. It dissappeared. Putting a butt on now. Only second butt and first one starting with a hot egg. I am using the guru so I should be able to sleep. Sorry no pics a little odd with the MIL here. Sould get some of the butt.
