Will it Work?
I need to cook 6 port butts this coming Tuesday.
Total weight is almost 40 lbs
Will be using my XLBGE and the stoker from Rock' Bar-B-Que http://rocksbarbque.com Problem is I only have a 4cfm blower.
Will I be able to control my temps with 4 cfm on the XL or should I do it the old fashion way until I can get the 10 cfm blower.
Also a big thanks to Tom Vogds ACGP Inc. http://www.eggaccessories.com for the quick turn around on the 18-Inch Round Drip Pan XL, XL Flip Ring & Hanger Combo XL Stainless Support Rods
Have done lots of low & slows on my large egg but this is my first low and slow cook on the XL. Any advice from you Eggperts will sure be appreciated.
Thanks a bunch

That should certainly work for low and slow.

4 cfm is more than enough for your cook. The only reason you might need the 10 cfm is if you have a rig that is large enough to cook a whole hog or two.
