We hope everyone’s enjoying the first few days of summer. For us, the weather heating up means one thing - the EGG’s gonna be busy! Whether you’re making stuffed burgers
for a backyard grill out, some brats
before a baseball game or searing a steak
for dinner on the patio, we hope you’re doing it with full flavor and having fun all the while!

raised pizza grate update
Project complete and very simple to do.The following steps will raise the Egg pizza stone to where the tip of the bge thermometer is about 1/16th of a inch from touching the stone.
Install plate setter legs up.
Put standard grate on top of the plate setter
Use 4 1/2 inch carriage bolts (three equally spaced on a 14inch grid) a Weber worked for me.Have the top of the bolt resting on the top of the 14 inch grid.On the bottom of the bolt use two nuts and a washer that will make a stable foot for support.
Set it on top of the main grid.Done.
