Made a great batch of pasta sauce yesterday and some leftover.Had a craving for some more pasta tonight and thought while the sauce is on a simmer on the stove why not put the noodles in a hot water bath? Spring Chicken if you read this it is past your bed time. No reason for it not to turn out.Just taking Egg techniques to the extreme.
