Seasonings for bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp

If anyone has seen the BGE video, Theo and Rita Rittle's bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp has intrigued many of us on this forum. Many efforts to locate them have ended up in failure, so we are left to guess what Rita uses in her "Savannah Style" bacon wrapped crab stuffed shrimp.[p]The wife and I cooked up 3 pounds of bacon wrapped jalapeno and cheese stuffed shrimp this weekend, and everyone LOVED it. Since we hadn't tried it on the egg before, we experimented with different dome temp settings. The best batch was from the 400* dome setting, and cooked 5 minutes per side. That allowed the bacon to sear to a well done crisp without overcooking the shrimp.[p]As Rita stated in the video, it's the seasoning that's the key to turning out delicious BBQ'd shrimp. We used Paul Prudhomme's blackened redfish seasoning, which seemed to be a hit with everyone. but I'm curious as to what other shrimp lovers like to use for seasoning their shrimp? I know there are probably some better ones out there.
