I picked up my very first Egg yesterday and had the first cook tonight. I did a couple of ribeyes at 650, following the "perfect steaks" recipe found in the owner's manual. I have to say that I have done very well with previous grills but NOTHING beat the taste and texture of the ribeyes I did tonight!!! I can't wait to stink up a nice rack of baby backs on my new Egg

Welcome to the forum and the Egg. Be sure to post pics. The 3-1-1 method is a good one for ribs. If you need anything just ask. Mike your burning the midnight oil tonight arn't you? I responded to your question about the calf on your rib thread.
