When you buy an egg at an eggfest, who are you actually buying it from? And does it come with the full complete, lifetime warranty? Where would you return a broken or defective part?

Comments

  • dealer who sponsored/supplied them to the eggfest

same dealer [or i suppose any other] or the mother ship just fill out the warranty card and start eggin

You are buying a brand new egg, it has just been "operationally verified" before you take posession. Full warranty applies.

From what I've seen and heard, the Mothership is crazy-good at customer service. If this is your chance to get an egg and save $$ I wouldn't hesitate.
