Can I Rub after Brining?

I have just brined my first turkey breast following a brining recipe I found on this site. I'm considering a rub but don't want to undo what I've done with the brining. Is that something I need to worry about? Does a rub detract from brining or add to the flavor? Thanks in advance.

i always use at least a sprinkle after brining. I wouldn't use one that had alot of salt. It does give the skin a nice flavor

Rub away, just becareful the rub does not have a high salt content. It might become to salty!
This site has some great info.

I'd use a rub. As long as you use something that compliments the flavors in your brine, you should be good. Just don't use anything with a lot of salt.
Good luck!
