Tonights ribs lookin good already

Put some babybacks on about 1.5hrs ago at 220.They are lookin and smellin great.I just spritzed them with apple cidar vinegar and I can't wait. :woohoo: I am using a few hickory chunks and a handful of apple chips.Almost time to start egg # 2 for some corn on the cob and shrooms. :cheer:

I've been hungry for ribs for two weeks now, but haven't made any because my daughter wants me to make them next week when she gets home from a semester in London. I got some baby backs at O'Charley's Friday, but they were a disappointment...obviously steamed and just finished on a grill :( .

Can you toss on another slab or two and I'll bring the suds?

LOL,,, Just got a visual of Doug bouncing around and it wasn't pretty :laugh: . Guess mine would be worse. Don't think work comp will cover that Doug.
