By the way Randy, your flour tortilla pizza that you cooked in Fl has turned into a staple at my house. I like wheat and the rest like flour. I've made a few "stuffed crusts" by putting cheese between 2 tortillas and then building the zah. Scott

That's actually a staple at Mexican restaurants, called a cheese crisp. Kim made those, tortilla, cheese, and pulled pork. -RP
