Making buckboard bacon out of boneless pork loin. Should I split down center lengthwise and put cure there? Been a while since I made any Comments

No, keep them whole. Remember amount of cure is based on weight. Cure time is based on thickness.
I use 6 days as an average cure time on a loin.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery -
