Baby Backs Last Sunday

I have to share this story it was great. I cooked up a batch of baby backs using the famed 3-1-1 method. (Thanks to guidence by Carwash Mike's receipt). We had six friends over for an early outdoor Sunday dinner. Finished the ribs up and put a dutch oven full of corn bread on the egg.
All and all the side dishes each person brought were just that, side dishes. I just smiled watching everyone turning into cavemen on those baby backs and the corn bread. I was hoping to keep a few ribs around to make a baby back pizza this weekend, yeah right! It was more than a success. :ermm:
