Thanks to all who chimed in on that thread. The info. was/ is wonderful as I can play around w/ THE EGG. Thats dangerious for me, but learning is an exciting adventure. Playing with food is fun and it taste better on an egg. I caught the picture of Bente's egg with the metal rain thingie and that got my thinking cap wondering about heat control. So all that being said we all enjoy every photo that Y'all post. We learn and drool and play. Thanks gang.
