OT Non Egged Dinner

My wife is still not fully on board with the food photagraphy. She follows the fine cooking forum but apperantly they don't post pictures there. Tonight she pulled out some chicken for dinner and I asked her if she wanted to cook it inside or out. I didn;t care since she will be travelling the next two days and I have my Egg menus pretty much set. Well she made a great meal as usual and said " Aren't you going to take a picture" So here it is

It is a braised chicken breast in beef stock, seasons with Pennzey's Turkish rub with sauted mushrooms and onions in a cream sauce Served with Spanish rice and Romaine and Avocado salad with Brie. It was really good!
