    I like to do fried taters and onions. Slice 'em up, fry in butter until nice and crispy - hit them with a little raging river and salt:

    I make pretty good baked beans myself that look a lot like Mikes. My (approximate) recipe:

    2 large cans Campbell's pork and beans
    1lb bacon
    1 large onion
    1 cup brown sugar
    4 T yellow mustard

    Chop the bacon into 1" pieces and fry in a pot or dutch oven until clear. Chop onion and add to bacon, frying until onion is clear. Add beans, brown sugar and mustard. Stir and cook for 1 hour over med-low heat.
