Just wondering how one loses weight when cooking on the Egg

Drink less of the adult beverage.

I work started a weight lifting routine at the middle of December and have lost 20 lbs so far and still eat like usual off the egg. Take things in moderation and exercise a few times a week, throw in a salad on occasion.

Hey Richard. You're taking the fun out of eggin. :woohoo:

I have lost 26 pounds, over about 14 months, but still have a long ways to go!!!
The good news is that you can cook great food with a lot of flavor, without a lot of fat. I love me some chicken skin, but chicken cooked without skin can be great too!
There is no better place to cook fish and veggies.
I have a problem with eating, but it is not the Egg.
Basically, I will happily eat anything that is not nailed down at most any time of the day and being hungry has hardly anything to do with the joy I get from preparing it and eating it.
Good luck. -
You can always try and run a marathon while you cook your pork butt....
-
I eat less carbs and more meat when cooking on the egg.

Here is an add in Weight Watchers magazine, so it must be possible

Get an XL and remove the Springs!!
Leaner meats, more veggies, use EVOO where you can instead of vegetable oil. Go on long walks during the long cooks. Cut down on the carbs (actually get foods with low glycemic ratings), bake whole grain bread, etc etc.. -
Sure!
I've lost a couple of hundred pounds of lump using the Egg. -
Now that I agree with

Portion control. Something I have yet to master.

Low carb is the way to go. This diet always works for me but I have trouble staying on it at the end. Now with the egg I can make an even larger variety of meats, veggies, and flavors so I expect it to be easier this time.

My friend.....if you are asking for it....it means it won´t be that easy loosing it......don´t worry.....enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Portion control is actually quite easy.
Change to a 7 inch plate and fill it. This holds just a bit less than half what a standard 10 inch plate holds, and the eye tends to trick the tummy.
