Yippee!!![p]I did an all nighter w/ a 7 lb. butt and slapped some ribs on this morning. This is the first time I've used Pecan (it's the first time I've used anything besides Hickory in 7 or so years). That baby has a steady stream of thin blue smoke. I can't wait for 2:00 this afternoon.[p]Sorry for the completely uninformative post, but it's been a while since I've been able to cook. I sense some pulled-pork enchiladas in my future.[p]Paul
